Hello, my name is Daisy, and I am the founder of D&O STUDIO.

I have been on a fitness journey for most of my life; I have tried every fitness class there is; however, when I came across Yoga Sculpt, my life changed. I found a place to challenge my body and mind without being too hard on it. Since then, I have obtained my Yoga Sculpt Teacher accreditation and dreamt of opening my studio, which offers classes at an accessible price. I hope to create a community of people who share the same passion for well-being as me.
